Confirmatory deposit:
30% to be paid at the time of our written confirmation of your booking;
a second installment, equal to 70% of the residual amount, must be received 30 days before the date indicated for the beginning of the stay, otherwise it will be canceled.

Cancellation penalties:
In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:
– 30% of the participation fee up to 31 days before the date of arrival:
– 100% of the participation fee from 30 to 0 days. before the date of arrival.

Mandatory supplement to be payd on the spot:
• Final cleaning € 50
• Use enel, water, air conditioning € 60 (for stays of 7 nights)
• Deposit € 200 with restitution on the day of departure
• Supplement 3rd and 4th person € 35 per day (adult/child)

Structure is not recommended for people with walking difficulties as the houses are on multiple floors connected by old stairs
The extras requested must be paid before use

 

Structure not recommended for people with mobility difficulties as the ancient maisonettes are on several floors connected by stairs of the time.
